He allows the public to come on Sunday and Thursday every week, he serves more than 500 people on those days.
No prior appointment is required, from morning onwards people come on the queue and wait for their turn to get his consult. Looking at the crowd and short of time people need to explain about the problem in few minutes and can show relevant medical reports to get the medicine. He also provides written instructions and procedure to take the medicine and diet plan in English, Hindi and Kannada. Initially he gives medicine for 27 days then you need to consult again with the status and need to continue for at-least for 3-4 months. Hope for the best and get cured.

How to reach Narasipura, Shimoga
You can reach Shimoga from different places like Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad and Goa by either train or bus. Here I have mentioned how to travel from Bangalore. Shimoga is around 274 kms from Bangalore. The village Narasipura is approx 50 km from Shimoga (via Anandapuram), and approx 8 km from Anandapuram.
There are 2 express trains and 2 passenger trains from Bangalore to Shimoga.
But if you can travel by 16227/TALGUPPA EXP you can start from Bangalore and get down at ANANDAPURAM(ANF) which is the next stop of Shimoga.
From Anandapuram you can hire or share an auto, it takes approx 15 minutes to reach Narasipura from Anandapuram.
Also you can travel by state transport buses or taxis to Shimoga and then another bus to Anandapuram, from Anandapuram you can board any auto or taxi to Narasipura.
